In line with the project’s goal to promote a sustainable cacao value chain, the Sustainable Farming in Tropical Asian Landscapes (SFITAL) Project conducted a Sharing Session on Cacao Post-harvest Activities for Farmer Organizations last 28 June 2024 in Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.
This session aimed to shed light on common issues encountered by cacao farmer organizations in terms of processing and marketing their produce. It also served as a venue for enabling institutions to re-introduce the programs, projects, and services they are implementing to better facilitate the cacao value chain in Davao de Oro.
